This is one of my favorite pasta salads. I love this so much. This pasta salad is so versatile that you can add whatever veggies you like. I would highly recommend this to try once. The quinoa fried rice is a healthy take on everyone's favorite Chinese takeout! it's easy to prepare and bit as delicious as the original. These days I am experimenting with many more quinoa recipes and this one is the most beautiful and delicious one. Then I thought why should I not share it with you all. after all why to enjoy alone when I can surround more people and enjoy it together. I adore fried rice and I am actually super picky about it. This version I can definitely say without hesitation is every bit delicious as the original one and I promise you won't miss the white rice. Instead of using white rice, I swapped in heart-healthy quinoa, and let me tell you , I don't know which I like better now. Palak Vadi is a Maharashtrian dish served as tea time snack or even as a side dish or starter too. Spinach is highly rich in iron content. Palak Vadi si the variation to kothimbir vadi. Paneer Paratha

Paratha! The name itself is tempting. I am a big fan of parathas, be it any stuffed paratha, I am always in. But then comes paneer paratha which is the next level of stuffed paratha. Basically, an Indian flatbread stuffed with crumbled cottage cheese and spice powders. These can be easily served for lunch, dinner but not limited to try it out for breakfast. Homemade Masala Milk

To be very honest with you all, I really mean really do not like drinking milk at all. add chocolate powder, Horlicks bournvita or anything but it stays same for me. But this masala milk made me a fan of this. I can bet that once you try this masala milk, you will forget that store brought masala milk. My husband is always in the hunt to have something to drink after lunch. so I keep looking for new ideas on what to try next. He is very fond of thandhai so I thought of giving a try to homemade masala milk and to be surprised it was just amazing that it also makes me a fan and now I keep the masala milk powder stored in my fridge to make it quick  This can be consumed either hot or chilled. but be it summer or winter I always like drinking it chilled. I developed this recipe while thinking for healthier tikki options for a burger then I got leftover quinoa in my fridge and then bingo! Quinoa is the most protein-rich food.it contains almost twice as much fiber as most other grains and rich in magnesium. Server quinoa vegetable tikkis as a snack along with tea/coffee. Apple Banana Oats Muffins

  These apple banana muffins are great alternatives to "boxed" cupcakes. I love any kind. of dessert with fruit. You can frost them as cupcakes or enjoy as a muffin with milk or morning coffee. Kids really enjoy them too. After all, it looks like cupcakes. These muffins are packed with nutrients and its fat-free, as well as I, have used oats flour and for sweetness, jaggery is used. I think these are best served warm as a wholesome quick breakfast. These dense hearty muffins are very satisfying. Baked Veg Pasta

This baked pasta is loaded with veggies, cheese and seriously irresistible. Vegetable baked pasta will please vegetarians and meat lovers alike. For vegetables, I chose to include capsicum, onion, carrot, and corns. I love this combination but you can surely use whatever veggies you like to add.
