3 - Take a ball and roll into a disc, keep the sticky side up and place 1 tbsp of stuffing in the center and close the edges and shape the momo as you want. prepare all the momos this way and keep it covered as it may dry out very soon.
4 - Take a bowl, add plain flour, cornflour, and all other powdered spices mentioned for making the batter. give it a good mix and add little water to make a thin batter.
5 - Take one momo , dip into batter and transfer into crushed cornflakes bowl, coat the momo really well with corn flakes and place it on a plate.do the same for all the momos.
6 - Deep fry the momos over medium heated oil until nicely golden brown.do not over fry, it might taste burnt.Kurkure momo is ready.
1 - While coating the momo, keep one of your hands dry and use one hand for dipping the momo and another for coating.
2 - If you do not prefer deep frying, you can bake the momo at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
