Quinoa Tikki

Crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy from inside. Give a delicious vegetarian twist to your classic hamburger with. vegetarian and healthy quinoa tikki.

I developed this recipe while thinking for healthier tikki options for a burger then I got leftover quinoa in my fridge and then bingo!

Quinoa is the most protein-rich food.it contains almost twice as much fiber as most other grains and rich in magnesium.

Server quinoa vegetable tikkis as a snack along with tea/coffee. You can also use this tikkis for a burger and also wrap it in chapati.

Try this guilt-free snack and leave your experience in the comment section below.
