Stir Fried Vegaetable Pasta

This baked pasta is loaded with veggies, cheese and seriously irresistible. Vegetable baked pasta will please vegetarians and meat lovers alike.
For vegetables, I chose to include capsicum, onion, carrot, and corns. I love this combination but you can surely use whatever veggies you like to add.
I like the crispy bits that a baked pasta provides and that's the best part of having baked pasta. I am keen to hear from you how it turned out for you. Please do let me know your pasta story in the comment section below.

2 tbsp refined flour
2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tbsp oregano
1/2 tbsp chili flakes
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
salt to taste
2 cups pasta
3 cups chopped veggies(capsicum,onion,carrot,corn)
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp chili flakes
1/2 tbsp black pepper
salt to taste
Boiled pasta
Sauteed veggies
White sauce
pizza/pasta sauce
mozzarella cheese for topping
1 - Add butter and flour in a pan and turn on the flame, cook these together for 2-3 minutes on low flame .keep stirring continuously else you might end up burning it.
2 - Add milk gradually in parts and keep stirring to avoid lumps. Bring it to boil
3 - Add oregano, chili flakes, salt, and cheese.give it a good stir and cook for 2-2 minutes.
4 Turn off the flame and keep it aside.
1 - Heat oil in a pan, add garlic , cook for 10 seconds then add onion and cook for 1 minute. keep the flame high
2 - Add other veggies and saute for 2 minutes on high flame.
3 - Add salt, pepper, oregano, and chili flake, give it a good stir for 1 minute.
4 - Turn off the flame and keep it aside.
5 - Boil the pasta as per the instruction written on the packet and keep it aside.
1 - Take a baking dish and spread pizza/pasta sauce all over on the bottom. refer to the picture below.
2 - Next spread the veggies evenly.
3 - Next goes in white sauce. spread an even layer of this.
4 - Now put the white boiled pasta on the top.
5 - Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese on top and sprinkle some oregano.
6 - Keep into the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
7 - Take out the dish carefully and serve hot.
