This is one of my favorite pasta salads. I love this so much. This pasta salad is so versatile that you can add whatever veggies you like. I would highly recommend this to try once. At least once a week, I have started eating salad for dinner. and keep trying different recipes and found this one super tasty so sharing it with you all. Hope you will like it too !! Cheese Garlic Macaroni



This macaroni and cheese are flavored with garlic and cheese. Garlic and cheese are just perfect together. They work great with so many foods like french fries, roasted vegetables, and especially pasta!

This is very quick macaroni recipe, unlike other macaroni recipes. and the best part of this recipe is , it needs only few ingredients , no fancy ingredients required for this.all you need for this recipe is all you have already in your kitchen. So not to worry about collecting the ingredients , just cook this recipe quickly.

Ingredients

1  Cup macaroni
3 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp chili flakes
2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
3 cubes of cheese(chopped in small pieces)
salt to taste
  

Instructions


1 - Boil the macaroni as per the instruction written on the packet and keep aside.

2 - Add oil in a pan, once heat, add chopped garlic onion and butter.melt the butter on low flame.once butter is melted, medium the flame, and cook garlic and onion while stirring continuously until golden in color.

3 - Next add boiled macaroni, chopped coriander leaves, and salt and stir well. keep the flame low.

4 - Add chili flakes and chopped cheese pieces and stir gently for a minute to combine the pasta.

5 - Cheese garlic macaroni is ready to serve.




Tips


1 - If you do not have cheese cubes, use mozzarella cheese(chopped in small pieces)

2 - To make this recipe more creamy, you can also add mayonnaise to it.

3 - Do not over boil macaroni.
