This pizza recipe is perfect for your kids and also goes best for your house party 🎉. This eye-catching, attractive, and lip-smacking pizza toast will be everyone's favorite once they try it.
I have used white sandwich bread but feel free to use. brown sandwich bread as well. You can even use a tortilla for this. I then used tikka masala gravy followed by a slice of cheese. and then topped it with onion and capsicum and again you can use whatever vegetable you like here. finished with oregano , it tastes like actual cheese burst pizza.
Note : You can also use smoked paneer for this recipe, need the same set of ingredients except curd.put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and coat paneer well. Place live charcoal in the center and few drops of ghee, cover, and smoke for 4-5 minutes.
Using smoked paneer will take less time as it doesn't need to keep for marination. I did not have charcoal so couldn't make this version.you can definitely try this also.
