This is one of my favorite pasta salads. I love this so much. This pasta salad is so versatile that you can add whatever veggies you like. I would highly recommend this to try once. At least once a week, I have started eating salad for dinner. and keep trying different recipes and found this one super tasty so sharing it with you all. Hope you will like it too !! Cheesy Bread Disc





These bread discs are my personal favorite and super easy to make.if you want to impress someone, I would say try this recipe and you are all set to go to win the heart.
I try making many dishes from bread and this time I got something creative to try and the result was amazing. This beautiful looking dish is not only good looking it will pass all the parameters of taste as well. Kids will definitely love it and ask for more so I would recommend preparing more in advance :D.

Ingredients

For Stuffing

8 white bread slices
1 1/2 cup finely chopped vegetables(onion, capsicum,boiled corns,tomato,carrot)
1/2 cup crumbled paneer
salt to taste
1/4 tbsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp red chili flakes
3-4 tbsp cheese spread or grated cheese
1 spoon garlic paste
1 tbsp butter

For Spread

2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp schezwan chutney 
1 tbsp cheese spread


Instructions


1 - Put all the ingredients of spread in a mixing bowl and mix everything well to make a thick spread out of it.keep it aside.








2 - Take a bread slice and cut into a disc shape using a round cutter or anything you have, you can even use regular steel bowl to cut it. Cut all the slices into a disc.



3 - Next take another cutter smaller than the previously used one and cut the discs again into smaller disc.cut all the bigger disc to bring out round rings out of it.



4 - Next apply the generous layer of spread on the bigger bread disc and then place a bread ring over it and press it slightly to make sure all the edges stick nicely. Do it for all the discs.




5 - Now the disc is ready. keep it aside.

6 - Add butter in a pan followed by garlic paste and onion.saute for 1 minute and then add other vegetables into it. saute everything well for 2-3 minutes on high flame.

7 - add crumbled paneer, mix it, and add salt, black pepper, chili flakes, oregano. toss everything well and turn off the flame. let this cooldown.

8 - Add cheese spread into the mixture and give a good mix.



9 - Now take 2 tbsp of this mixture and fill it neatly in the center of the discs prepared earlier.



10 - Put all the discs in a baking tray and bake it for 15 minutes at 180 degrees on the preheated oven or until you see brown spots on the top.

11 - The delicious cheesy bread disc is ready to serve.

Tips

1 - You can use milk bread or white sandwich bread for this recipe.

2 - Make sure bread is nicely baked and crisp before you take out from the oven.

3 - You can use mayonnaise if you do not have cheese spread.

4 - If you don't like eating very spicy or preparing for kids, can replace the schezwan chutney with chili sauce .
