Ingredients

8 Slices of white bread
1 cup grated paneer
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
salt to taste
1/2 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves
2 teaspoon coriander powder
2 tbsp mango powder
2 tbsp oil
1 finely chopped green chili
1/4 tbsp ginger(minced)
2 tbsp green chutney

Instruction

Prepare Stuffing

1 - Add paneer, onion, green chili, ginger, coriander powder, salt, mango powder, and coriander leaves in a mixing bowl and mix well. set aside

2 - Remove sides(brown part) of the bread using a knife

3 - Roll all the pieces of bread into a thin sheet.

4 - Take a sheet , apply green chutney, and put 1 spoon stuffing and roll it gently. Apply some water on sides to seal it or let it stick.

5 - Do it for all the sheets.

6 - Add 2 tbsp oil in a pan and place all the rolls into it.

7 - Roast until golden brown from all the sides. flip on intervals to cook from all sides.

8 - Serve this quick snack with tomato ketchup or any other chutney.

Tips

1 - use any other chutney of your choice in place of green chutney

2 - You can even bake it at 180-degree celsius for 20 minutes, just apply little butter or oil on top of the rolls.

3 - You can replace the stuffing with aloo or any other stuffing of your choice. But these paneer rolls are my personal favorite.
