Bread Pizza Puff

It is an ideal snack for kids and adults, which can be extended for parties as starters or appetizers. this recipe can also be made with plain flour sheets or pastry sheets, but this recipe post uses leftover bread slices.
I have used white sandwich bread slices for this recipe, which makes it golden brown when deep-fried. I would recommend the same to be used(if you are wishing to deep fry), and use brown or wholemeal bread if you do not have access to the former one

 KEYWORD: bread pizza puff

Ingredients

6 white bread slices
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
1 small finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped carrot
1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/2 cup  corns
2 tbsp pizza sauce
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 spoon red chili sauce
1/2 spoon Black pepper powder
1/2 spoon chili flakes
1 spoon mixed herbs (pizza oregano)
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
1 tbsp plain flour (maida)

Recipe

1- In a pan add oil and let it heat then add garlic and saute for few seconds then add onion and cook until it becomes translucent
2-add carrot saute for 1 min then add capsicum and corn and cook it for 3 mins on low medium flame
3- add pizza sauce, tomato ketchup, red chili sauce, Black pepper, salt.
4- saute for a minute then add oregano and chili flakes and turn off the flame.
5- stuffing is ready now prepare outer part
6- using a knife cut all the sides of all bread slices (remove brown line part).
7- using a rolling pin, roll all the pieces of bread yo make it thinner kind if sheets.
8- in a small bowl add the plain flour and some water to make a semi-thick liquid.
9- take a bread sheet and fill 1 heap spoon of stuffing and try to fold it twice or once (stick the sides using plain flour liquid). Repeat this process for all the bread slices.
10- it's time to cook it- you can cook it in two ways, either you can deep fry it on hot oil on medium flame or bake it at 160° for 20 mins.
11- serve hot with some tomato ketchup

Note-
the same recipe can be baked and shallow fried, but deep-fry yields the tasty and crispbread.

Tips
before deep frying ensure to seal the bread pockets thoroughly with water and maida paste otherwise, it may burst out and stuff may ooze out into the oil.
