Ingredients
6 Slices of bread, cut into cubes
1 1/2 cups finely chopped veggies(onion, capsicum, boiled corns, tomato, boiled peas)
1/3 spoon black pepper powder
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp schezwan chutney
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp oregano
1 spoon red chili flakes
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
Instructions
1 - Add oil in a pan and next add onion, saute for 1 minute on high flame.
2 - Next add all other vegetables and saute for 2 -3 minutes on high flame.
3 - Next Add schezwan chutney, salt, tomato ketchup, pepper powder, chili flakes .mix everything well.
4 - Now Add mayonnaise and give it a good mix.
5 - Add in bread cubes and saute well so that each cube gets coated well with all the spices and sauces.
keep stirring for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
6 - Add oregano and mix well, turn off the flame, and serve hot.
Tips
1 - Try using white bread as it tastes best.
2 - Instead of using schezwan chutney, you can also use schezwan sauce as well.
