This is one of my favorite pasta salads. I love this so much. This pasta salad is so versatile that you can add whatever veggies you like. I would highly recommend this to try once. At least once a week, I have started eating salad for dinner. and keep trying different recipes and found this one super tasty so sharing it with you all. Hope you will like it too !! Bread Poha



Bread poha is an easy breakfast or snack recipe and it tastes best when paired with a cup of tea or coffee.made with cubed bread pieces, this easy snack recipe is light and can be served with a refreshing milkshake.
if you are tired of having the regular poha which is made with flattened rice , then this bread poha will be the healthy variation for you .if you are fond of having spicy dishes, then customize this poha by adding in more chilies . COOK TIME:10 MINUTES
TOTAL TIME: 15 MINUTES

Ingredients


6 Slices of bread, cut into cubes
1 1/2 cups finely chopped veggies(onion, capsicum, boiled corns, tomato, boiled peas)
1/3 spoon black pepper powder
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp schezwan chutney
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp oregano
1 spoon red chili flakes
2 tbsp tomato ketchup


Instructions


1 - Add oil in a pan and next add onion, saute for 1 minute on high flame.

2 - Next add all other vegetables and saute for 2 -3 minutes on high flame.

3 - Next Add schezwan chutney, salt, tomato ketchup, pepper powder, chili flakes .mix everything well.

4 - Now Add mayonnaise and give it a good mix.

5 - Add in bread cubes and saute well so that each cube gets coated well with all the spices and sauces.
keep stirring for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.

6 - Add oregano and mix well, turn off the flame, and serve hot.




Tips


1 - Try using white bread as it tastes best.

2 - Instead of using schezwan chutney, you can also use schezwan sauce as well.
