Bread taco is a quick and easy snack. This requires potato, sweetcorn,, mozzarella cheese, some spices, and onion. This is an innovative snack and breakfast which requires very little effort and time. This crunchy snack is a perfect option for your tea time as well. This can be a good tiffin snack as well as a party appetizer.

Ingredients
4 White bread slices
1 boiled potato, mashed or grated
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
3 tbsp boiled corn
2 tbsp grated cheese
salt to taste
1/4 tbsp pav bhaji masala
1/6 tbsp chaat masala
1/2 lemon juice
1/4 tbsp chili flakes
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp butter
Instructions
1 - Put mashed potato, chopped onion, boiled corn, salt, pav bhaji masala, chili flakes, lemon juice, chopped coriander, and cheese in a bowl and mix everything well. and the stuffing is ready.
2 - Cut all the bread slices into a disc using a cookie cutter.
3 - Take a disc, put 1 1/2 tbsp stuffing on it, and place another disc over it and apply butter on top.
4 - Place the butter side down on hot tava and apply butter on top, roast until golden brown and crisp.
5 - Flip it over and roast the other side of the disc until golden brown.
6 - Remove from tava and cut into halves using a knife or pizza cutter.
7 - Apply tomato sauce on the round edge of the taco and cover it with sev
8 - Transfer into serving plate serve.
Tips
1 - You can even use brown or multigrain bread for this recipe.
2 - You can use other dips as well in place of tomato sauce as per your choice and taste. I have used mayonnaise too. If you like spicy then better using schezwann chutney.
3 - If you don't have sev, use any sev namkeen as a replacement.
