This is one of my favorite pasta salads. I love this so much. This pasta salad is so versatile that you can add whatever veggies you like. I would highly recommend this to try once. Pithala bhakhri is one of them! A recipe that is mandatory to make in every Maharashtrian household during monsoon. Looking for the perfect recipe can be exhausting because there are just so many out there. I have tried many cupcakes but this is my top favourite recipe. I know we all have different preferences when it comes to our taste buds , but I honestly don't think you can go wrong with this. The cake itself is moist and tender not too dense nor too light, with just the perfect crumb texture. sometimes I replace the 1/2 cup of milk in the recipe with an additional half cup of hot water. One of the most popular street food in Hyderabad. Originally this is done with rice and Urad dal batter but I like to make it quicker and in an instant way using rava. It is spicy and just amazing The reason this is called spot idli is that you add the batter on the spot. Mango Kulfi

With summer around the corner here, grocery stores are jam-packed with fruits. I always look forward to this season for fruits, those juicy berries, melons, peaches, and of course mangoes! it's hard to pick a favourite because they are all so amazing and taste just the best during summers. Oh well nice I have so many mangoes at home, I am making most out of it by cooking and baking with them. Few days back, I used some fresh mangoes to make this mango kulfi and it turned out to be so creamy and just about perfect! So to make kulfi we usually cook the milk until it really thickens, I have to cook the milk for almost 1 hour. That's a lot of time to cook milk. So to cut short the process this time, I have added a lot of milk powder to milk, it thickens the milk and makes it creamier.then the addition of condensed milk does the same.
