This is one of my favorite pasta salads. I love this so much. This pasta salad is so versatile that you can add whatever veggies you like. I would highly recommend this to try once. At least once a week, I have started eating salad for dinner. and keep trying different recipes and found this one super tasty so sharing it with you all. Hope you will like it too !! Eggless Chocolate Cup Cakes



Looking for the perfect recipe can be exhausting because there are just so many out there. I have tried many cupcakes but this is my top favourite recipe. I know we all have different preferences when it comes to our taste buds , but I honestly don't think you can go wrong with this.



The cake itself is moist and tender not too dense nor too light, with just the perfect crumb texture. sometimes I replace the 1/2 cup of milk in the recipe with an additional half cup of hot water. I love both versions equally , so you can make the two of them and see which one you prefer.

 

Ingredients


1/3  cup vegetable oil
1  cup powdered sugar
1.5 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp baking soda
1 tbsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp instant coffee powder
1/2 tbs water
chocolate chip as required

Instructions

1 - Take a mixing bowl, add milk, oil, vanilla essence, and instant coffee powder mixed with water. mix everything well using a whisk or spatula.

2 - Take another bowl and sift all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and cocoa powder.mix everything together and combine.

3 - Now mix the dry ingredients into wet ingredients .add in patches, it will help in avoiding lumps.

4 - Mix everything well and combine the batter together, add vinegar and mix gently. Do not whisk more.

5 - Put the liners in a cupcake mould 

6 - Transfer the batter into the cupcake mould, fill in 3/4 , sprinkle some choco-chip on top of each cup and bake it for 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 190 degrees.
