This is one of my favorite pasta salads. I love this so much. This pasta salad is so versatile that you can add whatever veggies you like. I would highly recommend this to try once. This is Christmas time and it's my first year away from my home country(India).seeing the Christmas light all around, stores are flooded with cute little beautiful cakes, muffins. Being non-alcoholic, vegetarian, and Indian was thinking and thinking what to make for this beautiful festival where I can give a touch of my tradition with Christmas taste, then one night this idea bombed in my head and then next market I headed over to the grocery store and shopped bundles of carrots and got back to my favorite place(Kitchen). This immensely popular and super delicious classic Indian sweet is pretty much served at every feast in  India. Be it a wedding, party or any other celebration. this is always seen on the menu and never fails to impress people.  Carrot halwa is the delicacy of winter as this halwa is specially made during winter when grocery stores are full of red carrots. Making carrot halwa during winter is a tradition in Northern India. In North India, it is made with red carrot , while in many other parts of India it is made with Orange(regular) carrot. Here in Sydney, we do get the red carrot in a few Indian stores, an whenever I find them, never miss to take them with me as they are much flavourful than regular one especially for halwa. Soya Chili

  A quick, delicious vegetarian appetizer that can be made under 30 minutes. Indo Chinese chili and Manchurian dishes are favorite to everyone at home. This soya chunks Manchurian is very quick to make since there is not much chopping and preparation work like we do for another Manchurian recipe. This can be served as an evening snack or in a meal along with noodles or fried rice .it is best served immediately after adding the fried chunks to the sauce. Soya chunks turn out to be very crispy once they are fried and remain the same for about an hour. They begin to turn soggy after 5-7 minutes of adding them to the sauce .so make sure, you add the fried chunks only before serving it.
