Stir Fried Vegaetable Pasta

If eating healthy is your new resolution look no further than the thalipeeth recipe.to replace your regular sweet pancakes. Thalipeeth is an instant lightly spiced savory pancake that is made. using a combination of flours made flavoury fragrant with fresh Indian spices. Thalipeeth is so full of health and goodness that you can really go for a second or even a third one without guilt.
These multigrain pancakes are typically made in Maharashtra, western India and hence they are also popularly known as Bhajani thalipeeth.
What is Bhajani, you may wonder?
Bhajane, in Maharashtra, meant to roast .so bhajani is quite simply a combination of flours made by individually roasting and grinding select healthy grains. Roasting the grains before. grinding makes the flour easier to digest and making pancakes with multigrain increases its nutritional values.

1/2 cup Jowar flour
1/4 cup rice flour
1/4 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup Bajra flour
1/4 cup besan
1 onion(chopped)
1 tbsp coriander leaves(chopped)
1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 tbsp carrom seeds
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp coriander powder
salt as required
water to knead. dough
oil for cooking
1 - First add jowar flour, rice flour, wheat flour,bajra flour, and besan in a mixing bowl, mix them well and then add onion, green chili, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds, carrom seeds, sesame seeds, coriander powder, and salt. now mix all together properly. add water gradually to knead perfect soft dough.
2 - Divide the dough into equal ball size. now take a ball put it into banana leaf or parchment paper, use some water to make the ball into a semi-thick disc refer to the video below.
3 - Make some punch marks to thalipeeth so it cooks from within.
4 - Next heat up the oil in a pan, once hot enough, put the thalipeeth in the pan to fry it from both sides .do the same procedure with the remaining dough
5 - The. Traditional. thalipeeth is ready to serve.
