Stir Fried Vegaetable Pasta

This is one of my favorite pasta salads. I love this so much. This pasta salad is so versatile that you can add whatever veggies you like. I would highly recommend this to try once. At least once a week, I have started eating salad for dinner. and keep trying different recipes and found this one super tasty so sharing it with you all. Hope you will like it too !! A unique and adapted version of upma made with rolled oats and vegetable mix. Generally, oats are served with milk or as overnight oatmeal for breakfast. But it is a healthy and tasty oats recipe to start your breakfast full fiber. Oats recipes are very common in the Indian kitchen and it is mainly served for morning breakfast. but some prefer to have a warm breakfast with a spicy touch to it without any addition of milk or fruit. Chole Taco

I think Mexican food is my newest obsession, You won't believe that I ate the amount of guacamole which I haven't eaten in my entire life till now. I am just in love with guacamole and I even shared the recipe with many of my friends and it's very healthy too.  So with Mexican food obsession, I thought of experimenting with Mexican dishes with Indian taste and flavors and then this recipe is the outcome of that though and I am very happy with the result and thought of sharing with you all. Personally, I am not a big fan of tacos but with chole filling just loved it. I have used chole with a hint of green chutney to give it a bit tangy chatpata taste. You can add whatever chutney you like and whatever shredded veggies you like. I have used cabbage and carrot, Julien, here. Paneer Moong Dal Cheela

The high protein moong dal cheela with stuffed paneer recipe makes a delicious appetizer for the parties, breakfast, or even as a school lunch box. The cheelas can be made with both yellow and green moong dal filled with cottage cheese is rich in proteins and vitamins making it a healthy snack or meal for both adults and kids. Serve moong dal cheela with tomato chutney or coriander chutney for Indian breakfast or pack it in a school lunch box. Serving this cheela is totally up to your creativity, I have cut it into small triangles to make it easier to eat and off course to attract kids to have on their own without effort. Sabudana Paratha

Sabudana paratha is soft and crisp pancakes made with tapioca pearls(sabudana) , mashed potato buckwheat flour and mild spices. Sabudana paratha is generally made for religious fasting . Usually, I make sabudana paratha,  Paneer Kheer  during fasting. I make this sabudana paratha instead of making sabudana vada as I don't prefer any deep-fried stuff. sabudana paratha is a light meal and ideal for people who are fasting The way to make the mixture is quite similar to sabudana vada . You can even make sabudana vada or sabudana paratha from the same mixture. Serve sabudana paratha with chutney or raita. I have served with paneer curry made for fasting. Paneer curry made with paneer and tomato with cumin and ginger tempering. A fun innovative and tasty twist to your otherwise leftover rotis. isn't it so cool that we can make pizza muffin out of a simple piece of roti . The roti pizza muffins are very simple to make even though they look lovely and complicated .if you read the instruction step by step with pictures, you will see how pretty easy this is. Aren't such dishes so lovely which do not require rocket science 🧬 🧪 to make and still tastes awesome .such dishes are my favorite which requires spending less time in the kitchen yet get awesome results.
