This is one of my favorite pasta salads. I love this so much. This pasta salad is so versatile that you can add whatever veggies you like. I would highly recommend this to try once. At least once a week, I have started eating salad for dinner. and keep trying different recipes and found this one super tasty so sharing it with you all. Hope you will like it too !! Veg Mayonnaise Toast



A quick and healthy breakfast option for the morning rush and kids love it. A quick veg mayo toast gets ready in 10 minutes. If you are vegetarian, use eggless mayonnaise or if you are vegan choose vegan mayonnaise. However, if you don't have any kind of mayonnaise, simply use cream cheese or Greek yogurt.

These mayonnaise toast are great to serve for breakfast or snacks.To make mayo sandwich or toast, mostly white bread are used,I have also used white bread as I like it with white bread more, you can make this toast with any bread you have in hand.

Ingredients


6 Slices of bread(brown or white)
1 cup finely chopped veggies(capsicum,cabbage,onion,carrot)
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 teaspoon black pepper
salt to taste
1 spoon butter


Instructions


1 - Add all the veggies followed by salt, black pepper, mayonnaise.mix well.

2 - Take a bread slice and spread thick layer of mayonnaise mixture over the bread slice, put another bread slice and spread mayonnaise mixture again over it.in the last place one more bread over it and apply butter on top.

3 - press gently and place it on a hot pan, keep the butter applied side down and roast until nicely golden brown.

4 - Apply butter on top and flip it over to roast another side.

5 - Transfer into a plate and serve hot with tea or coffee.

Tip


1 - Use whatever bread you have at home, I have used white bread, you can even use multigrain bread for this recipe.

2 - For veggies, you can replace it with carrot, bell pepper, beetroot, lettuce, or choice of vegetables. I used what I like to have in my mayo sandwich.

3 - I would recommend to must use onion and tomato combo as it tastes best.
