oil 2-3 tbsp
wheat flour 1/2 cup

1 green chili, chopped
1 tbsp chopped ginger
salt to taste
1/2 lemon
1 tbsp green chutney

Instructions

1 - Add moong dal premix, wheat flour,1/3 tbsp salt in a mixing bowl, and gradually add water to make cheela like lump-free batter.it should be pouring consistency. Add 2 tbsp chopped coriander, mix and keep aside for 10 minutes.

2 - Add paneer, green chili, ginger, lemon juice, chopped coriander leaves in a bowl, and mix everything well.

3 - Heat a pan and grease it well.

4 - Pour batter into the pan and spread into a round shape like you make cheela.

6 - Place the paneer stuffing evenly over cheela.

7 - Next pour the batter again over stuffing to cover it completely and try giving round shape if possible.

8 - Drizzle oil around and top of cheela , cover it and cook for 6-7 minutes on low flame.

9 - After the lower side is roasted well, flip it over and cover it to let the other side roast for 6-7 minutes. drizzle some oil around.

10- Open the lid and check, it roasted well, turn off the flame and serve hot with any chutney or as it is.

Tips

1 - Don't make the batter very thin.

2 - If you don't like eating very spicy, instead of using green chutney you can also use tomato ketchup.

3 - You can replace the paneer stuffing with vegetable stuffing.

4 - Keep the flame low or low -medium.

5 - Roast cheela until nicely brown and crisp. Do not hurry, it takes little time but the result will be amazing
