Stir Fried Vegaetable Pasta

This is one of my favorite pasta salads. I love this so much. This pasta salad is so versatile that you can add whatever veggies you like. I would highly recommend this to try once. At least once a week, I have started eating salad for dinner. and keep trying different recipes and found this one super tasty so sharing it with you all. Hope you will like it too !! Moong Dal Premix


2 cups moong dal
2 tbsp whole coriander
5-6 dried red chili
1 spoon carrom seeds(ajwain)
2 pinch asafoetida
1 spoon mango powder
1/4 tbsp baking soda


Instruction

1 - Roast moong dal on low medium flame.do not over roast it, you just need to remove the moisture. roast it for 1 -2 minutes. transfer in a plate and let it cool.

2 - Add whole coriander, dried red chili, carrom seeds, asafoetida in a pan and roast for a minute, do not over roast it, just let the moisture go.transfer in a plate and allow it to cool completely.

3 - Add roasted moong dal, mango powder, and baking soda in a mixer grinder a d grind coarsely.

4 - Now add roasted spices into blended moong dal and blend it again coarsely.

5 - Transfer this into an airtight container and store it for a month.

6 - You can use this moong dal mix to make cheela, bhajia, kofta, etc.

7 - Just you need to add water in this mix and adjust the consistency accordingly for whatever you are using this for.
