Hara Bhara Paratha

You would have made and eaten Hara bhara kabab many times in many different places as well. but after the success of Hara bhara kabab, I have come up with hara bhara paratha. Well, let me tell you that why do I call it hara bhara paratha, cause it has all the green , had available in my fridge while making this paratha.

Yes, it is made of broccoli 🥦 , spinach, peas, and coriander leaves. All the vegetables I have used are winter special and each has its own nutrition value-added. I would highly recommend to try this healthier paratha with curd or chutney this winter and pamper yourself with a cup of hot tea.
