Stir Fried Vegaetable Pasta

GREEN SMOOTHIE, A smoothie that actually tastes good, made of spinach,plant-based liquids & fruits! A great way to boost your immune system & detoxify your body. This smoothie is full of iron, fiber, minerals & vitamins. Doesn't taste of spinach at all.A healthy filling breakfast or snack.
And it's vegan & gluten-free too.

1 1/2 cups roughly chopped spinach
a handful of coriander leaves
1 1/2 cups cold water/coconut water
1/2 avocado
1 kiwi
3-inch celery stick
1/2 English cucumber(6-8 slices)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 - inch ginger
2 pinches of black pepper
1/4 tbsp black salt
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup or any sweetener of choice
1 tbsp chia seeds(optional)
1 - Place all the leafy greens first(Spinach & Coriander)in a blender.
2 - Add half water/coconut water & blend till smooth.
3 - Add all the remaining ingredients and blend till smooth.
4 - Pour into a glass or smoothie jar and serve.
5 - Store in refrigerator with an airtight lid to limit oxidation & to keep it fresh.
6 - You can make smoothie ahead of time & store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
1 - You can replace spinach with kale
2 - Server smoothie immediately for maximum nourishment.
2 - Can replace 🥑 with half banana or mango
4 - Can substitute kiwi with any tart fruit like orange,4-5 pineapple chunks, or half a green apple.
5 - You can add in optional nutritional boosters to your smoothie if you like: plant-based protein powder, collagen powder, maca powder, or flaxseed powder.
