Stir Fried Vegaetable Pasta

Treasure. house of vitamins and minerals, spinach must be included in the week's menu. The usage can be varied: chopped spinach leaves cooked with potatoes is a semi-wet vegetable with Rotis, a few spinach leaves throw in with mixed vegetable 🌽 🌶 🍆 🥔 🍅 🥒 🥗 🍠 and turned into a soup is lovely on a cold winter night. Chopped and blanched spinach makes different sort of raita.,spinach puree can be used in cutlets or kababs, and the list goes on.

1 cup Boiled chickpea
1 cup chopped spinach
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 green chilies, crushed
1-inch ginger, grated
1/2 Tbsp chole masala
1/2 Tbsp Roasted cumin powder
salt as required
juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp oil for cooking
1 - Chop spinach very finely or use a chopper to chop them, transfer in a mixing bowl.
2 - Add boiled chickpea in the chopper and grind coarsely or you can also use a mixer grinder, do it on pulse mode if using a mixer grinder. Add in the same mixing bowl
3 - Add garlic, chili, and ginger, chole masala, cumin powder salt lemon juice, and mix everything well using your hand. Mixing with a spoon may not help to bring the nice binding.
4 - Add besan or bread crumbs if you still need to bind it.
5 - Shape small-sized Tikkis and keep it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
6 - Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and allow it to heat. Remove tikkis from the freezer and shallow fry them on a hot pan.
