This is one of my favorite pasta salads. I love this so much. This pasta salad is so versatile that you can add whatever veggies you like. I would highly recommend this to try once. At least once a week, I have started eating salad for dinner. and keep trying different recipes and found this one super tasty so sharing it with you all. Hope you will like it too !! Paneer Barfi



Are you planning to make quick and easy sweet for the festive season? Then enjoy this super yummy paneer barfi which is made with only 3 ingredients and comes together just in half an hour(Minus the set time).
so delicious, creamy and melt in the mouth. Festival season is upon us, if you are looking for some last-minute recipe idea, then you have landed at the right platform. paneer barfi is super easy to make and a quick fix sweet, perfect for the upcoming festive season.

Ingredients


100 gms paneer
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup cashew nuts
1/3 teaspoon cardamom. Powder
Some chopped nuts
Sugar as per taste
1 tbsp ghee

Instructions

1 - Grind cashew nuts onto the powder.

2 - Add paneer in the same grinder jar and grind without cashew nut powder or you also grind both of them separately.

3 - Add ghee in a vessel and add milk.

4 - Add grind cashew and paneer and mix everything well. Cook until it starts thickening.

6 - Add sugar and cook until it gets thick into Barfi consistency. It usually takes 10 minutes to thicken up.

5 - Turned off the flame and add cardamom. Powder. Mix well.

6 - Spread this evenly in a greased plate and sprinkle something chopped nuts of yourself choice. Let it cool down completely for your under the fan or you can also refrigerate it as well.

7 - Cut into required shape and size and it's ready to serve.










Tips

1 keep stirring continuously after adding paneer and cashew Else it will stick on the bottom and you will end up burning it
