Stir Fried Vegaetable Pasta

Kuttu, also known as buckwheat flour, is commonly used by the majority of people in India during fasting days, especially in Navaratri.
Kuttu flour is gluten-free so it also works well for people looking for gluten-free flour recipes or allergic to gluten.it is also a good source of iron, zinc. Kuttu is not related to wheat it more like millet and used making a lot of food products like soba noodles(You didn't know that right?)beer, tea, whiskey and also has medicinal value.
1 Cup buckwheat flour
1 boiled and grated potato
salt to taste
fresh coriander, chopped
black pepper
ghee for roasting cheela
1 - Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
2 - Add water gradually to adjust the consistency .keep pouring consistency batter.
3 - Grease the pan with some ghee or oil.
4 - Pour a ladle full of batter in the pan and spread semi-thick cheela.
5 - Drizzle some ghee on the corners and on the center.
6 - Flip over once you see brown spots on the corner.
7 - Cook the other side as well and Transfer into serving plate.
8 - Enjoy this with chutney of your choice.
1 - Grate the potatoes using the finest grater and mix it very well to prepare the batter.
2 - Do not leave the lumps of potato or flour .make smooth batter and keep it thicker than dosa batter.
