Kuttu ka Cheela

Kuttu, also known as buckwheat flour, is commonly used by the majority of people in India during fasting days, especially in Navaratri.

Kuttu flour is gluten-free so it also works well for people looking for gluten-free flour recipes or allergic to gluten.it is also a good source of iron, zinc. Kuttu is not related to wheat it more like millet and used making a lot of food products like soba noodles(You didn't know that right?)beer, tea, whiskey and also has medicinal value.
