Stir Fried Vegaetable Pasta

Paratha recipes are very common in India and each region has its own variation. The most common way of making paratha is to have cooked and mashed vegetables stuffed inside the bread and served with the choice of pickle or chutney. But there are other categories known as laccha or layered paratha ..and garlic paratha is one of them.
well, to be honest, I am a huge fan of paratha and keep trying new tastes and types of parathas in my kitchen . and then I ended up trying this paratha and it is also easier to make as compared to other vegetables stuffed parathas.
Furthermore, I would like to highlight some of the easy and important tips, suggestions, and variations of od garlic paratha. , first I have made this paratha with wheat flour as it is easy to digest and healthy.but you can also make this with plain flour as it is served in restaurants. secondly, if you find layering is time-consuming and overwhelming, you can use same dough to make roti from it.as an extension to this recipe, you can have a topping of finely chopped garlic and chilies with melted butter on top of the paratha .basically very similar to the garlic naan recipe. You may have to stick the parathas to Tawa by applying water on one side and fry it like any naan.
2 cups wheat flour
1 tbsp oil
salt to taste
2 tbsp butter
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 tbsp crushed garlic
1/2 tbsp oregano
oil for roasting paratha
1 - Add 1 tbsp oil salt and wheat flour in a bowl and mix well. Add water gradually to form a soft dough.
2- Add butter, crushed garlic, chili flakes, oregano in mixing bowl, and mix everything very well.
3 - Divide the dough into equal portion and make balls out of it.
4 - Roll out a chapati using a dough ball.
5 - Apply garlic butter all over the chapati
6 - hold one side of paratha and start weaving into outward folds .like you would weave when making a paper fan.
7 - Begin to roll pleated dough like a swiss roll.
8 - Dust some dry flour on chakla and roll out a chapati out of it.roll it gently.
9 - Roast both the side on hot Tava by applying oil.
10 - Serve hot with some pickle or chutney
