We make numerous types of paratha on a daily basis .parathas are either made plain or stuffed but during winter, stuffed parathas are preferred one. These papad parathas can be prepared in no time, it hardly takes 10 minutes and does not require chutney if you do not have, these are delicious on their own.
You can either dry roast over a gas flame or even deep fry , crushed and then some spices are added in the stuffing. the papad paratha tastes so delicious .it is also good to pack for lunch box or as a travel food.you can enjoy this paratha best with a cup of tea.

3 pieces moong or chana dal papad
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
2 tbsp oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
salt to taste
1/2 tbsp mango powder
1 small spoon lemon juice
4 tbsp fine sev(used for chaat garnishing)
1 1/2 cups wheat flour
1/4 tbsp red chili powder
oil for roasting paratha
Instructions
1 - Knead the regular dough for chapati and keep it to rest for 5 minutes, till then prepare the stuffing.
2 - Roast papad over a gas flame or keep it in the microwave for 1 minute.
3 - Crush the papad completely and put it into a bowl.
4 - Add chopped onion, coriander leaves, sev, salt, chili powder, mango powder, lemon juice, and oil into it and mix everything very well. stuffing is ready.
5 - Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
6 - Take a portion of dough and fill the stuffing and roll a paratha like other stuffed parathaa.do not roll very thin paratha, keep it a little thick as you make methi or palak paratha.
7 - Put it into hot tava and roast well from both sides on low flame.
8 - Quick papad paratha is ready, enjoy it as it is or with morning /evening tea or with chutney as well.
Tips
1 - You can even oil fry the papad instead of roasting.if you are roasting it in the microwave then first keep it for 30 seconds and check if not don't then keep for another 30 seconds and check, do not set for one minute directly, cause some papad takes less and some takes more time, depends on what papad you are using and it also varies oven wise.so be careful when you are keeping in the microwave.
2 - Do not add more salt and chili powder as papad itself has enough salt and black pepper.so add carefully.
3 - You can always balance the amount of spice as per your taste bud, I have mentioned as per my taste.
4 - If you are using bigger sized sev, grind it into coarse powder before adding else it will be difficult to roll paratha.
