Paneer Kheer

A perfect dessert to finish your festival celebration feast with other sweets and snacks recipe .it is one the quick and easy milk-based creamy dessert recipe prepared in 15-20 minutes. It can be served either warm or chilled.

The texture and taste have a strong resemblance to rabdi but still has unique flavour of paneer. Paneer kheer is one of my favourite milk-based dessert recipes. The main reason and obvious one is due to paneer. The other reason due to the preparation time .basically the kheer can be prepared in 20 minutes without much hassle. Trust me it is a lifesaver when you have a surprise guest.

This kheer recipe I prepare very often during the fasting season. Everyone consumes milk and sugar on their fasting days, so its the best recipe can be made to kill your dessert craving.
