Palak Paratha

Easy, delicious, and super healthy spinach paratha. I make this very often for lunch .regular use of spinach helps us to prevent iron deficiency and boosts our immunity.this is one of the best ways to include it in your diet since the leaves are lightly cooked most nutrients are still preserved.
I don't like grinding the spinach and adding the puree into flour, but I cook it little and add it with all the nutrients preserved.
These parathas go well with any chutney, my personal favorite is tomato chutney and the reason is it gets done in just no time and the taste is best.

8 - Roast it like regular paratha on low medium flame for best result.

Tips

1 - Wash the spinach very well.
