This is one of my favorite pasta salads. I love this so much. This pasta salad is so versatile that you can add whatever veggies you like. I would highly recommend this to try once. At least once a week, I have started eating salad for dinner. and keep trying different recipes and found this one super tasty so sharing it with you all. Hope you will like it too !! Sattu Paratha Sandwich

This recipe is perfect for kids who do tantrums for eating veggies and chapatis. I am sure they are gonna love it.
Must try this recipe and tell your feedback.you can take choice of your vegetables. I have listed my choice of veggies.
It is a perfect evening snack and yet healthy and full of nutrition.

 PREP TIME:             5 MINUTES
 COOK TIME:15 MINUTES
 TOTAL TIME:          20 MINUTES 
 SERVINGS:               2

Ingredients


for paratha
2 cups sattu
2 tbsp mustard oil
1 tbsp ginger(minced)
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1/2 teaspoon carrom seeds(ajwain)
2 finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon red chili powder
3  cups wheat flour
oil or ghee(clarified butter) for roasting paratha

for layering
1 tbsp green chutney
1 tbsp schezwan chutney
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp mozzarella cheese
salt to taste
1 small onion(chopped in long shreds)
1/4th cup chopped cabbage
1 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
1 tbsp grated paneer

Instruction


1 - First prepare roti like dough and using paratha ingredients prepare to stuff.

2 - Make at least 5 sattu stuffed paratha

3 - Keep it aside.

Layering

1 - Keep one paratha in a plate or chopping board and spread green chutney all over

2 - Sprinkle some onion and cabbage.

3 - Apply mayonnaise on another paratha and put it over(chutney side should be on over onion topping)

4 - Apply schezwan chutney, sprinkle paneer all over, and repeat step 3.

5 - Top with cheese and few chopped tomatoes. sprinkle chat masala and salt.

6- Press it gently and using a knife cut it into 4 equal pieces.

7 - Paratha sandwich is ready to serve

Note

1 -You can make any stuffed paratha of your choice.

2 - If you don't have sattu , you can roast besan on low medium flame and your fresh sattu is ready to use.

3 - I have used mixed sattu in this recipe to make it more nutritious.
