Roti taco is a treat for kids.I bet that they will never understand, they are eaten rotis.

Ingredients
4 Roti
2 boiled mashed potatoes
1 finely chopped onion
1 green chili
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp sabji masala
1/2 cup green peas(boiled if not using frozen)
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
Instruction
1- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and green chili, once it starts spluttering, add onion .cook onion until little golden brown.
2 -Next add mashed potato, stir well.
3 - Add all the powder spices along with garlic paste followed by green peas.
4 - Mix well and stir for 2 more minutes, turn off the flame and add coriander leaves.
5 - Stuffing is ready.
6 - Now take a roti and fold it into half then fold again into the quarter and fill stuffing into the pockets and press slightly from both sides.fill all there rotis this way.
7 - Heat a pan and brush it with 1 tbsp butter and roast filled rotis from both sides until golden brown and crispy.
8 - Apply some ketchup over the open filling side.
9 - Roti taco is ready to serve.
Note
1 - In place of aloo filling, you can use any filling of your choice, be it paneer or soybean or anything.
2 - I have written recipe for aloo filling but I had used soybean filling to make healthy .you can also replace aloo with choice of your filling if you want or just follow the recipe and kids are definitely gonna love it .
