healthy and tasty breakfast or Indian pancake recipe prepared with quick rolled oats and veggies. it is a healthy alternative compared to the oats overnight recipe or perhaps consuming just oats with milk and fruits. the recipe is an extension to the traditional besan ka cheela recipe.
This is the must-have breakfast recipe in my menu. Do try this and you will not even realize that you are eating oats.it's really tasty.

Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup chopped capsicum
1 cup chopped carrot
1 green chili
1 spoon cumin seeds (optional)
1 cup curd
1 spoon finely chopped ginger (optional)
Salt to taste
Instructions
1 - In a mixing bowl add oats and curd and mix it. cover it and let it rest for 15 minutes.
2 - Transfer the soaked oats into the grinder along with the carrot and capsicum and grind it.
3 - Do not grind it into a fine paste, keep it as coarse (dardara) texture.
4 -Take everything out into mixing bowl, add salt cumin seeds, ginger-green chili, and onion.mix everything together.
5 -Heat a nonstick pan and grease it using oil. once the pan is hot spread semi-thick layer of oats batter (try spreading in round shape)and let it cook. now flip it over to cook another side.
6 - Enjoy this super healthy oats cheela with tomato ketchup or any chutney as your morning breakfast.
