This is one of my favorite pasta salads. I love this so much. This pasta salad is so versatile that you can add whatever veggies you like. I would highly recommend this to try once. At least once a week, I have started eating salad for dinner. and keep trying different recipes and found this one super tasty so sharing it with you all. Hope you will like it too !! Methi Paratha



Want to make your kids to eat methi?so preparing methi paratha is the perfect way of including methi in their meal
a healthy, tasty, and flaky paratha with fresh fenugreek leaves and other spices. it is an ideal flatbread recipe for lunch boxes which is heavily popular with Marathi.
his is a unique paratha recipe as the leaves are not literally stuffed to the wheat balls and are mixed to the dough. later it is rolled flat like chapati and roasted similar to any other paratha

Ingredients


2 bunch of fresh methi leaves (finely chopped)
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 spoon carrom seeds (ajwain)
1 heap spoon of ginger garlic paste
1 finely chopped green chili
1 spoon turmeric powder (optional)
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil

Instructions


1 - Take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients.mix well and knead a soft dough.

2 - Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

3 - Divide the dough into equal portions and take one portion and roll out into a chapati.

4 - Heat up a pan and roast the chapati both sides using oil or ghee.

5 - Enjoy hot with tomato Coriander chutney.
