This is one of my favorite pasta salads. I love this so much. This pasta salad is so versatile that you can add whatever veggies you like. I would highly recommend this to try once. At least once a week, I have started eating salad for dinner. and keep trying different recipes and found this one super tasty so sharing it with you all. Hope you will like it too !! Maggie Quesadilla From Leftover Chapatis

Worried about leftover chapatis and you also don’t like wasting food like me then you came to the right place.
I have a fantastic dish made out of leftover chapatis.
After trying this dish, you will never regret having leftover chapatis, or you might also end up making some extra chapatis intentionally . it is tasty and you can also make your kids eat chapatis easily.

 PREP TIME:             5 MINUTES
 COOK TIME:20 MINUTES
 TOTAL TIME: 25 MINUTES 
 SERVINGS:               2

Ingredients 

2 chapatis
2 tbsp green chutney
3 tbsp mozzarella cheese
12 RS pack Maggi
Some tomato ketchup
2 spoons butter

Instructions


1 - Prepare regular Maggie using few veggies and let it cool.

2- Take a chapati and spread green chutney all over the chapatis followed by Maggi on half of the chapatis then add some mozzarella cheese on top of Maggi and good the chapati.

3- Put some butter on a pan and place the folded chapati carefully and roast it until golden brown and crispy. Repeat the process to roast another side of the chapati.

4 - Take out in a plate and cut either into half or make four slices and server hot with ketchup.

5- This way make all the quesadilla
