This is one of my favorite pasta salads. I love this so much. This pasta salad is so versatile that you can add whatever veggies you like. I would highly recommend this to try once. At least once a week, I have started eating salad for dinner. and keep trying different recipes and found this one super tasty so sharing it with you all. Hope you will like it too !! Jeera Cookie

Who doesn't love biscuits? From kids to adults, everyone loves the crispy sweet and salty biscuits that are also the perfect munchies for those odd hours hunger pangs! Jeera Biscuits is a yummy Fusion recipe that can be gorged upon over a hot cup of steaming tea or coffee. This snack recipe should be stored in an air-tight container and served on special occasions like kitty parties, potlucks or game nights. The rich and lingering taste of butter along with the spice factor, added by cumin, is a flavourful explosion in your mouth and leaves you asking for more. These easy-to-make biscuits don't require much effort from your side. Go ahead and prepare these classic biscuits right away!

Ingredients

2 tablespoon cumin seeds
3 cup plain flour(maida)
salt as required
1 cup butter
2 tablespoon milk
4 tablespoon powdered sugar
1 tbsp baking powder



  • firstly, in a large bowl take butter and beat well.
  • beat until butter turns smooth and creamy.
  • place a sieve and add 1½ cup wheat flour,  salt, baking powder.
  • sieve the flour well making sure there are no lumps.
  • now add 1 tbsp cumin and mix well.
  • mix to a crumble texture.
  • further, add milk and start to prepare the dough.
  • do not knead the dough, just combine together.
  • shape the dough into cylindrical log and shape ends.
  • wrap in clip wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • cut into thick slices and place on the baking tray. also, sprinkle little jeera on top and press gently.
  • preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 15 minutes.
  • finally, cool completely and enjoy jeera biscuits for a week.
