Fresh fruit cream is a treat for the fruit lovers.
Adults or kids, who don’t like eating fruits in a direct way, surely in this form they are gonna love it and demand to make it over and again
This is EASY and QUICK dessert recipe. If you have guests or friends coming over, you can make this ahead of time and keep in the fridge.
You can double, triple or multiply the recipe as needed. This is a perfect dessert for summer picnics or parties.
This fruit salad with cream is a rich, creamy dessert with very refreshing flavors. Use seasonal fruits to get the best taste out of it.

Ingredients
200 ml Fresh cream
1 cup powdered sugar or as per taste
2 pinch cardamom powder (elaichi powder)
7-8 piece chopped almond(badam)
7-8 pieces chopped cashew (Kaju)
1 spoon chopped pistachio (pista)
2 tbsp raisin (kishmish)
Take 2 cups of chopped fruits of your choice
1 scoop vanilla ice cream (optional)
4-5 threads of saffron (soak into water for 5 mins)
Recipe......
1-soak cashew, almond, raisin.
2- Take a big bowl to add fresh cream and using whisker or spoon whip it for 1 minute
3- add powdered sugar and ice cream and whip for 30 more seconds
4- add cardamom powder and water-soaked saffron
5-now cream is ready to add all the fruits and pistachio. Taste it if the sugar you feel is less then add little more
6- keep it in the fridge for an hour and enjoy this rich fresh fruit cream.
Note
- You can add other fruits like strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, pitted cherries, papaya, mango, pears, fresh figs.
- If using watery fruits like watermelon, pineapple, kiwi, orange, muskmelon, etc then it should be served immediately. And this should not be stored in the fridge.
The fruit cream made without watery fruits will stay good for 1-2 days in the refrigerator.
Variations are endless, use your imaginations.
