This is one of my favorite pasta salads. I love this so much. This pasta salad is so versatile that you can add whatever veggies you like. I would highly recommend this to try once. At least once a week, I have started eating salad for dinner. and keep trying different recipes and found this one super tasty so sharing it with you all. Hope you will like it too !! Dahi ke sholey


Dahi ke Sholay recipe (bread curd fried rolls) recipe, hung yoghurt with secret spices stuffed in soft shells. Dahi ke Sholay is very good starter recipe for all parties. Hung curd with some spices and loads of veggies stuffed in bread rolled and deep fried is Dahi ke Sholay(Sholey). Unlike usual starters, it has a unique taste.
Dahi ke Sholay is very crispy and crunchy outside and creamy dahi inside.

 PREP TIME:             10 MINUTES
 COOK TIME:20 MINUTES
 TOTAL TIME: 30 MINUTES

Ingredients


1 kg hung curd
Bread slices -12 large
salt to taste
1 finely chopped onion
2-3 chopped green chili
2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves
1 finely chopped carrot
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp red chili flakes
oil to fry


Instructions


1 - Put all the ingredients(except oil and bread) into a mixing bowl and mix everything well

2 - You can chop the sides of bread or use it as it is.

3 - Make thick paste by mixing plain flour and water .use this as gum to seal the edges of the rolls

4 - Take a spoon of mixture and put onto a bread slice and brush the maida paste all over the edges and roll the bread and seal it completely.prepare all the rolls like this.


5 - Heat oil in a pan and deep fry then.

6 - Serve hot with your favorite chutney

2 - With one kg curd you will be able to make 12-13 sholey

Tips..

  1. The texture of hung curd is very important, it should be watery. Drain out the water completely and use it.
  2. Stuff the hung curd and seal the ends properly otherwise it may chance for stuffing to come out. must use maida and water mixed paste to seal the ends. 
  3. If  you are health conscious you can bake the sholey for 20-25 minutes at 160 degree
