Pinwheels are one of the most versatile appetizers that can match any occasion. Whether be a party or a potluck, everyone loves pick-me-up-kind-of -little-bites that can be made well ahead of time and tastes amazing and this recipe fits the bill perfectly!
These beautifully baked pinwheels certainly look fascinating and prettier on the dinner table, and your guests will be super tempted to try a few. But beware, no one can stop at one as they are very addictive and your guests will come back for seconds.
Generally, pinwheels are made from plain flour but today I am making it using bread slices

Ingredients
9 large-sized white pieces of bread
2 tbsp pizza sauce
2 tbsp green chutney
2 small-sized boiled potatoes
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
salt to taste
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 spoon coriander powder
1/2 tbsp chili powder
aluminum foil
1 tbsp oil
Instructions
1- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, let it sizzle, next add boiled mash potato.
2- Next add turmeric powder,chili powder,garam masala,coriander powder.
3- Mix everything well.
4- Turn off the flame and set aside.
5- Remove brown parts of all the pieces of bread using a knife.
6- Roll each bread into thin sheets using a rolling pin
7- Take a rolled bread sheet, apply pizza sauce, put another bread sheet over it and spread aloo mixture evenly, next again put another bread sheet and apply green chutney all over.
8- Put this into aluminum foil and gently roll it into a cylindrical shape and let it rest for 30 minutes.


9- Prepare all 3 sets in the same way
10- After 30 minutes remove aluminum foil and cut into thick pinwheels.
11- Grease the pan using oil and put the pinwheels to roast.roaste it both sides well.
12- Serve hot with ketchup.
Note
1- Alternatively, you can bake pinwheels instead of roasting in the pan.
