Stir Fried Vegaetable Pasta

This is one of my favorite pasta salads. I love this so much. This pasta salad is so versatile that you can add whatever veggies you like. I would highly recommend this to try once. At least once a week, I have started eating salad for dinner. and keep trying different recipes and found this one super tasty so sharing it with you all. Hope you will like it too !! Besan Paratha

Tired of eating regular paratha?
Then try out this flavourful and healthy nutritious quick besan paratha.
This paratha basically comes from Rajasthan. Visiting Rajasthan made me try this paratha recipe and this is how I like to make
Do try this paratha and get a change from regular paratha.

 PREP TIME:            10 MINUTES
 COOK TIME:           15 MINUTES
 TOTAL TIME: 55 MINUTES

Ingredients


1 cup gram flour
1 spoon cumin seeds(jeera)
1 spoon carrom seeds(ajwain)
1/2 spoon turmeric powder
1/2 spoon salt or salt to taste
1/2 spoon chili powder
1 spoon fenugreek leaves
1 spoon garam masala
1/2 spoon asafoetida
5  tbsp mustard oil
3 cups wheat flour
water for kneading dough


Instructions 

1 - Knead the dough as you do for regular chapati and keep it aside.

2 - In a bowl add everything except mustard oil and mix well using hand or spoon.

3 - Heat mustard oil (do not overheat).

4 - Mix hot oil into the mixture and mix well.

4 - Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and roll regular chapati out of it and spread the mixture evenly all over the chapati and carefully roll the chapati and shape into a spiral.

5 - Roll out the spiral into a flat circle.

6 - Heat a pan and roast it well both the sides using ghee or oil.

7 - Serve hot paratha with green chutney or curd and enjoy.
