Stir Fried Vegaetable Pasta

This is one of my favorite pasta salads. I love this so much. This pasta salad is so versatile that you can add whatever veggies you like. I would highly recommend this to try once. At least once a week, I have started eating salad for dinner. and keep trying different recipes and found this one super tasty so sharing it with you all. Hope you will like it too !! Aloo Kachori

 PREP TIME:             10 MINUTES
 COOK TIME:15 MINUTES
 TOTAL TIME: 25 MINUTES 
 SERVINGS:               2

Ingredients

2 medium-sized boiled potatoes
3 cups whole wheat flour
3 green chili
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 spoon cumin seed
1 spoon carrom seeds (ajwain)
Salt to taste
1 tbsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp fenugreek leaves (Kasuri methi)
Oil for frying

Recipe...
1- Mash potatoes well in a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients.
2-form soft dough out of it.
3- divide the dough into equal parts and make small balls out of it.
4-roll all the balls into kachori size.
5- heat oil in a vessel and fry all the kachori into nice brown color.
6-serve it with any sabji or you can also eat with chutney.
